Thivakar Mahadevan graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering Surveying from Northumbria University, UK, in 2011, following an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering & Construction from City & Guilds, London. He has built extensive experience managing residential and high-rise projects across the UK, specializing in site management, setting out, temporary works supervision, and quality assurance. Over the years, Thivakar has developed a strong reputation for delivering projects efficiently while solving complex technical challenges on-site.
Thivakar is passionate about leading teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that every project meets high standards of safety and quality. Temporary Works & Engineering: check all TWs as per design requirements and drawings. Taking the client to the sites and explaining the working progress, if any reports from the client exist—and resolving them.
